Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
